Customer Support:

We take customer service very seriously here @ Fancy Collective. We are continually reviewing ways in which to ask our customers what they think of our service and what we could do to make things even better.

Using this feedback we have made many service improvements and will continue to do so. As part of our commitment, we would like to hear from you if you have any suggestions or feedback on our service or products.


Our refund is strictly on a case-by-case basis. If we have processed your order, passed it to next team or shipped the item out, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as cost has been incurred. We appreciate your understanding. Sales items are not eligible for refunds.

In special circumstances, the management will grant refunds for sales items.

Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final upon placing the order. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed/ shipped.

Returns and cancellations can be granted only on a case-by-case basis. Sales items are not eligible for returns or cancellations.

If a cancellation is approved, you may be granted a refund immediately. A 20% cancellation fee will be imposed to cover restocking fees and administration fees. 

In special circumstances, the management will grant cancellations for sales items as a act of goodwill.

Do note that after an order is submitted, the buyer voluntarily enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all the items.

Sales Items & Discounts

Only regular priced items may be refunded. We are sorry we are unable to provide a refund for items that are on sale or discounted.
